PositionDetails:
CHRISTUS Health is seeking a board certified and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Virtual Urgent Care team. This role serves new and existing CHRISTUS patients and CHRISTUS associates delivering high-quality, convenient, compassionate care in a virtual setting.Youllwork within a physician-led care team using a queue-based system and Epic EMR. Thisposition is PRNwitha minimum expectation per month.
This position will also provide PRN coverage in person at our employee clinic located at our system office in Irving.
Responsibilities:
Diagnosing and treating patientsvia telehealthvisits, including triage, video visit appointments, and follow-ups as appropriate
Utilize Epic for all documentation and charting
Work within a queue-based system, typically seeing 3-4 patients perhour
Work autonomouslyand collaboratewith both virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles and monthly team meetings
Deliver care in alignment with CHRISTUS Health protocols and standards
Open365 daysa year,7am-11pm; various shifts available.

Requirements:
Active NP or PA license in the state of Texas and Louisiana or be eligible to be licensed
Must be located in the Dallas/Fort Worth area - this position will also provide in person PRN coverage for our employee clinic located in Irving.
