Oaklawn Hospital is seeking an out-patient, adult Psychiatrist in Marshall, MI.
DETAILS:
- Hospital employed position; full time; 36 clinical + 4 admin hours/week + call
- Out-patient team consists of 2 physicians (this position to be one of them); great support staff of 2 APPs, 10 therapists + site manager
- Shared In-Patient Psych call (call group size is apx 1:5 or 1:6)
- EMR: Athena (clinic), Cerner (hospital)
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Competitive guaranteed base salary for 2 years + other performance bonuses
- Contract Terms: 2 years, auto-renews thereafter
- Commencement Bonus/Loan: Paid w/in 5 weeks of start & forgiven over specific time
- Moving allowance: Reimbursed w/ receipts via IRS guidelines
- Student Debt Allowance: Negotiable
- PTO: 30 days front loaded every January
- CME: Annual allowance + Time Away
