Compensation & Benefits
- $600,000-$700,000 guaranteed income
- Additional compensation for call beyond 1:7
- Partnership track after 2 years
- 8-10 weeks of paid vacation annually
- $5,500 CME allowance + 5 CME days

- Private practice with Jefferson Anesthesiologists Service (JAS)

- Team of 7 physicians and 11 CRNAs
- 1:7 call schedule with CRNA supervision
- Single-hospital coverage (no travel between sites)
Case Mix & Clinical Environment
- ~6,650 surgical cases annually
- ~900 obstetrical epidurals and 450 C-sections per year
- No cardiac cases
- No requirement for pain management clinic
- Modern surgical environment:
- 8 operating rooms (updated facility)
- 2 dedicated C-section ORs in L&D
- Established robotics program (da Vinci Xi)
