• Practice has 4 Physicians, 5 APRNs, and support staff.
• Office is in a brand new 200,000 square foot state-of-the-art building.
• Rotates weekly and weekend call.

This practice has relocated to a 115,000 square foot, brand new, state-of-the-art facility. This New Ambulatory Care Center will provide high quality clinical care, focused on primary care with wrap-around services. The goal is to enhance network adequacy and convenient access to BH services within a reasonable travel time for as many service area residents as possible.
