- BC/BE Family Medicine required
- 4-day work week
- Light call, taken from home
- Located in multi-specialty Summit View Medical Commons in west Greeley (with an incredible panoramic view of the Rockies!)
- X-Ray, Lab, Pharmacy, Mammogram, PET and more on-site
- Salary Range: $235,000 - $265,000 (commensurate with experience), plus incentives
