Job Summary:
Mission Children’s is seeking a pediatric endocrinologist to join our well-established team in Asheville, NC.
Qualified Candidates- Board certified/board eligible by the American Board of Pediatrics with specialty certification in pediatric endocrinology
- Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in North Carolina
- Predominantly outpatient practice (approximately 95% outpatient / 5% inpatient consults)
- Manageable patient volume averaging 12-16 patients per day
- Opportunities for clinical research and teaching, if desired
- Ability to take 10 days call month shared amongst multiple Physicians
- Robust support team that allows physicians to focus on patient care – fully staffed physician and provider group
