Sanford Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Obstetrics/Gynecology physician for a fast-growing practice in Perham, MN.

Perham, MN, clinic is open M-F, 8-5
Call is 1 in 4, shared with Detroit Lakes OB/GYN (Sanford/Essentia)
Potential outreach to New York Mills clinic
Multispecialty group practice including family medicine, pediatrics, surgery, psychiatry, psychology
Service region of approximately 15,000 patients
Outreach specialties available include Urology, sleep, dermatology, podiatry, cardiology, oncology, and nephrology

Competitive compensation package includes: 

• Compensation floor of $400,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
• In addition, a $125,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
