Shannon Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible (BC/BE) Emergency Medicine Physician to join our exceptional healthcare team in beautiful San Angelo, TX. Our medical center offers services and specialties not typically found in rural settings, providing a rewarding opportunity for clinical practice in a supportive environment. We have a 98% physician retention rate with our specialty group of more than 40 specialties.

Work Schedule: Nocturnist, 12 shifts per month

Qualifications: Shannon Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Emergency Medicine physician who is collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills to join our exceptional team in beautiful San Angelo, TX. Our team consists of 20 BC Emergency Medicine physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Professionals. 50,000-60,000 visits per year with fast track. Our two emergency departments are a Level III Trauma facility that consists of 36 beds downtown and 20 beds at South Campus plus we have 35 subspecialties. Shannon is locally owned, governed, and not-for-profit organization. We are the sole healthcare system in San Angelo and surrounding cities.
