Envision Physician Services is seeking full-time Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physicians to join the team at UTMB Clear Lake Campus.
*Candidates must have completed a PEM fellowship or a 4-year dual EM residency.
Position Profile:
- 120 hours/month for full time
- Pediatric EM Census: around 30 per day
- Physician: 24 hours daily, 8 hour shifts
- Clear Lake Campus has Pediatric Med-Surg unit and Intermediate Care Unit
- Level III Trauma
- Level II NICU
- UTMB Emergency Medicine Residency (5 residents/yr in 3-yr EM program; 2 residents/yr in 4-yr EM/Aerospace program)
- Pediatric ED is integrated into EM Residency Academic appointment: Clinical Assistant Professor
- Separate Residency Core Faculty on staff for didactic training responsibilities
- Primarily clinical with occasional bedside teaching of residents and students
- Pediatric EM BC/BE
- Independent Contractor status
