Physician Assistant - Neurological Surgery

Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join its Neurosurgery team in Santa Rosa, California. Ideal candidates will have multiple years of neurosurgery experience while being eager to work in a fast-paced environment, though all applicants will be considered regardless of neurosurgical experience. The Value of Working with Us

• Full-time 1.0 FTE
• Work in conjunction with one neurosurgeon
• Outpatient clinic 3 days/week seeing post operative pts, new pt referrals
• Assisting in the OR 2 days per week
• Inpatient rounding, consultations, bedside procedures
• No greater than 1/4 weekend inpatient rounding
• No formal night or weekend call required
• Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
• Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits package and time away from practice for vacation/holiday/CME time
• Compensation is between $180,345 to $224,607 per year

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
