We are initiating a professionalized GI hospitalist service across Southern California, and we are looking for highly qualified advanced endoscopists to join us on this journey. Position Summary
Unio is seeking one advanced GI Hospitalist to join our team of physicians at Huntington Hospital in Pasadena, CA. This opportunity is for those interested in delivering exceptional care to our patients and contributing to our organization's mission of providing high-quality services.

Essential Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence
- Provide comprehensive Gastroenterology services, including diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures
- Supervise and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers to optimize patient care delivery
- Manage complex inpatient consultations and emergency gastroenterology cases
- Participate in multidisciplinary care teams and case conferences
- Maintain exceptional clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction scores
Required Qualifications
Education and Training
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school
- EUS, ERCP, and General GI
- Have successfully completed a GI fellowship training program with ERCP and EUS training, and successfully completed a GI advanced endoscopy fellowship training.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
Licensure and Certifications
- California Physician License (or eligible for licensure)
- Hospital medical staff credentialing eligibility
- Current ACLS and BLS certification
Clinical Skills
- Proficiency in advanced diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures
- Experience with inpatient gastroenterology consultation
- Demonstrated ability to supervise Advanced Practice Providers
- Strong clinical decision-making and patient communication skills
Comprehensive Compensation Package
- Competitive Salary: $600,000 - $650,000 per year
