• Monday - Friday schedule with 8 am - 5 pm hours
• Office closed 12 - 1 pm for lunch break
• See 12 - 15 patients per day in outpatient setting
• Minimal call coverage - only 3 weeks per year
• All after-hours call is telephonic only
• Group practice with regional call rotation
• Board-certified or board-eligible required
• DEA license required
