Our multispecialty group, Dignity Health Medical Group - Stockton, a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Stockton, California. Practice Highlights:
- Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a predictable Monday - Friday schedule with no nights and no weekends required
- Flexible Schedule: Choose between a 5 or 4-day work week
- Optional Evening Clinics: For physicians interested in expanded access or alternative hours, the option to run an evening clinic is available, but entirely up to your preference
- Tailored Clinical Interests: Enjoy the autonomy to shape your practice scope based on your passions.
- Office-based procedures (such as joint injections, dermatologic procedures, or womens health) are encouraged for those interested, but are not required
- True Comprehensive Care: Join a multidisciplinary team providing outpatient care at our March Lane clinic. (Scope of practice is determined by specialty: full-spectrum for Family Medicine; adult/geriatric focus for Internal Medicine)
- Diverse Clinical Scope: Opportunity to manage a wide variety of cases, including womens health, weight management, mental health counseling, and preventive medicine
- Chronic Disease Management: High-impact work managing complex conditions including diabetes, hypertension, thyroid conditions, and arthritis
- No Call: 100% outpatient practice with no hospital call or rounding

Competitive Compensation and Benefits package includes:
- Guaranteed Salary: $246,755 - $296,789 / Year for the first two years
- Sign-on Bonus up to $125,000
- Student loan repayment option available

Job Requirements:
- MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
- A valid and unrestricted California medical license
- DEA Certification
