Nurse Practitioner - Family Medicine

Onestop Medical Center is seeking a full-time NP or PA to join our adult primary care team in Pleasanton, CA. This outpatient-only opportunity offers a balanced schedule, strong clinical support, and the autonomy to lead your own patient panel in a collaborative environment.

Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient adult primary care
• Manageable patient volume: 18-22 patients per day
• Monday-Friday schedule
• No nights, no weekends, no hospital call
• Lead your own patient care with physician collaboration
• AI scribe technology integrated directly into EMR to significantly reduce documentation time
• Streamlined workflows with dedicated clinical and administrative support

Position Benefits

• Base salary range: $150,000-$185,000, based on experience
• Annual fixed bonus up to $10,000

Position Requirements

• Active California NP (FNP) or PA license
• Minimum of 1 year recent outpatient primary care experience as an NP or PA
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage acute and chronic conditions independently
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
