Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Regional Medical Director for the Division of Urgent and Express Care to provide clinical and operational leadership in the east or west region in Northeast Ohio. Position Highlights

Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, planning, organization, staffing, and coordination for Urgent Care services within the region
- Foster an environment of high-quality care, excellent patient experience, and continuous improvement
- Supervise Urgent Care physicians and APPs in their clinical duties
- Participate in physician recruitment and hiring
- Ensure ethical medical practice and adherence to Cleveland Clinic standards
- Partner with ambulatory operations and nursing leadership on workflow, staffing, and scheduling
- Oversee equitable physician schedules across sites, including backup/jeopardy coverage
- Provide input into operations, staffing models, supplies, and budget planning
- Participate in monthly and quarterly leadership meetings as directed by Division leadership
Qualifications
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine (required)
- 3–5 years of clinical experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Family Medicine
- Prior leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
