Are you an experienced Radiation Oncologist seeking a rewarding temporary opportunity? What You Will Do:

Provide specialized radiation oncology services at Bon Secours St. Rita’s Cancer Center in Lima, Ohio, and the nearby Grand Lake Regional Cancer Center in Celina, Ohio. Cover outpatient clinics and participate in patient management for adult cancer patients, supporting both routine and complex procedures. Your responsibilities will include ordering tests and imaging, prescribing treatments, and collaborating with a team of oncology professionals. The scheduled hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., with permanent providers managing call duties.

Required Skills:

  • Medical Degree (MD or DO) with active Ohio medical license or eligibility
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Radiation Oncology
  • Proven experience with conventional radiotherapy, 3D radiotherapy, IMRT, IGRT, stereotactic radiosurgery, and SBRT
  • Proficiency in EMR platforms including Mosaiq and Epic
  • Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently within a team environment

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Prior outpatient and hospital-based oncology experience
  • Experience with credentialing processes
  • Knowledge of advanced radiation procedures or new treatment modalities
  • Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Completion of an accredited Radiation Oncology fellowship
  • At least 2 years of clinical practice or relevant locum experience in radiation oncology
  • Active Ohio medical license or the ability to obtain licensure promptly

Other Requirements:
  • Credentialing process estimated to take 90-120 days
  • Willingness to travel to coverage locations; facility reimburses travel costs including flight, hotel, and rental car
  • Compliance with all federal, state, and local laws regarding licensure, certification, and licensure renewal

This opportunity offers a pay rate of $19.50 per hour, with weekly pay via direct deposit, plus additional benefits such as comprehensive medical coverage, paid sick time, referral bonuses, and dedicated support throughout your assignment.
