Program Director, Medical Education Quality Safety- Riverside Methodist Hospital
Description:
- 5 FTE position (20 hours per week)
- Responsibilities include fellowship recruitment, curriculum development, and scholarly projects
- Supports and helps facilitate the accelerated Quality & Patient Safety fellowship
- Builds curriculum for providers
- Interviews and selects fellowship candidates
Requirements:
- Physician (MD/DO) or PharmD
- Experience in quality improvement, patient safety, and faculty development
- 5+ years experience as a physician/pharmacist
- 5+ years experience working with residency or fellowship programs
- 5+ years of involvement in clinical, quality, or educational research
- Prior quality/patient safety fellowship experience desired
