Blanchard Valley Health System is seeking a Neurologist to join our collaborative practice in Findlay, NW Ohio. We are a member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network and are nationally recognized for our high-quality, patient-centered care, as well as our excellence in stroke care services.

- Established, collaborative team: 1 Neurologist + 2 APPs

- 12-bed Acute Rehabilitation Unit
Compensation & Benefits
- $400K base salary (guaranteed beyond initial term)
- $70/wRVU bonus (uncapped)
- $40K signing bonus
- $100K loan assistance (flexible structure)
- 5+ weeks PTO/CME
- $5K CME allowance
- $10K relocation assistance
- Full benefits + 403(b) with 4% match
