Position Highlights:

• Schedule can be 4 or 5 days per week
• 15 patients per day, 30-minute appointment windows
• Lower pediatrics volume
• No Call and No Weekends
• Collaborative team-based approach with a shared decision-making model
• Marketing is done to help build the practice

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary up to $330,000
• Sign On of $100,000
• $10,000 relocation assistance
• Health, Dental and Vision covered
• NHSC, PSLF, and IHS Student Loan Repayment eligible
• Up to $5,000 CME and 40 hours CME PTO
• 5% 401k match

Qualifications:

• Degree:MD or DO
• Certifications:Family Medicine
• Licensure:California licensed or ability to obtain
• Skillset:Family Medicine
• Experience:All levels will be considered
