Required Skills:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner licensure in South Carolina
- Certification in Oncology Nursing or related specialization preferred
- Current CPR and ACLS certifications
- Proven experience in Medical Oncology or related clinical settings
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic skills, and patient management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills: - Experience with Bone Marrow Transplants or Hematology
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR system
- Prior locum or temporary staffing experience in oncology settings
- Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, considered a plus
Preferred Education and Experience: - Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of postgraduate clinical experience in oncology or hematology
- Prior experience in outpatient and inpatient oncology care
Other Requirements: - Must complete credentialing process, estimated within 60 days
- Willingness to provide inpatient rounding on weekends and participate in rotation call schedule
- Reimbursement for travel, lodging, and related expenses based on IRS standards
