Required Skills:

• Current and unrestricted PA license in South Carolina
• Proven experience in oncology or hematology
• Strong ability to manage inpatient and outpatient care
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
• Excellent clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility to support call rotations and inpatient rounding

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with bone marrow transplant management
• Knowledge of blood bank procedures
• Prior exposure to chemotherapy administration protocols
• Certification in Oncology (OCN) or related specialization

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s degree from a ARC-PA accredited PA program
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in oncology or hematology settings
• Previous locum or temporary role experience is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Availability to start on or around April 8, 2026
• Ability to commit to a rotating schedule including inpatient weekends and call coverage
• Credentialing timeframe estimated at 60 days
• Travel reimbursement, including flight, hotel, rental car, and mileage at IRS standard rates
