Required Skills:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Oncology
- Valid state medical license
- Proven experience in Hematology and Oncology patient management
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with clinical research or trials
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Additional certifications in pain management or palliative care
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- At least 3 years of post-residency practice in Hematology and Oncology
- Prior experience in a hospital or academic setting
- Proven track record of patient-centered care and outcomes
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to participate in continuous medical education (CME)
- Availability for on-call rotations
- Travel reimbursements and licensing/certification expenses covered when applicable
