We are actively seeking a dedicated Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (FM / IM) physician to provide high-quality outpatient care at the Med Plus Central Coast health center in Santa Maria, California.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Guarantee + productivity and quality incentives
- Family Medicine: $250-$280k annually + productivity
- Internal Medicine: $260-$280k annually + productivity

Job Requirements
- MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
- Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA certification
