Internal Medicine - Cardiology

Join our dynamic and esteemed cardiology practice as an Internal Medicine - Cardiologist, where your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes and elevate cardiac care standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE), Tilt Table Tests, and Conscious Sedation with proficiency.
• Conduct stress tests, stress echo/Dobutamine stress echo, tilt table tests, ECGs, echocardiograms, and TEE procedures.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional cardiovascular care.
• Check in daily with the cardiovascular testing team from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday through Friday).
• Manage weekday call responsibilities; no weekend call required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven proficiency in TEE, Tilt Table Testing, and Conscious Sedation procedures.
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular diagnostics and patient management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in advanced cardiac imaging techniques.
• Prior employment in high-volume cardiology practices.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree with board certification in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease.
• Minimum of 2 years of post-residency or fellowship experience in cardiology practice.

Other Requirements:

• Active medical license and board certification required.
• Ability to handle approximately 75 EKGs, 15-20 stress tests, 15-20 stress echos, and 1-2 TEE procedures daily.
• Willingness to work scheduled hours with no weekend shifts.

Compensation for this position is set at an hourly pay rate of $1.00.
