Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a busy outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will be committed to excellence, possess strong clinical skills, and thrive in a team-oriented environment. Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar panel management setting (pediatrics and adults)
- Proven ability to manage chronic conditions, including chronic pain management
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must have active DEA license prior to start date
Nice to Have Skills - Bilingual abilities
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Additional certifications in pain management or specialized areas
- Prior experience working in diverse populations
Preferred Education and Experience - Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing (NP license)
- At least 3 years of hands-on primary care experience in a clinical panel management role
- Prior credentialing experience a plus
Other Requirements - Up-to-date immunizations: Flu Vaccine, TB status/X-ray (results within 90 days), MMR Titer or immunization, Hep B Titer or immunization, Varicella Zoster Titer or immunization, Tdap within last 10 years
- Active DEA registration before starting
- Credentialing process duration: approximately 45-60 days
- Commitment to complete chart closure within 72 hours and maintain a minimum of 18 patients per day (Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm) with a mix of pediatric and adult patients
