Join Our Team as an Obstetrics and Gynecology Provider – Make a Difference in Women's Healthcare

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Obstetrics and Gynecology provider to join our team, delivering comprehensive services both in a state-of-the-art clinic and at a reputable hospital. In this role, you will provide clinic and hospital-based OB-GYN services, including deliveries, consultations, and follow-up care. You will be integral to a team committed to delivering high-quality care in a supportive setting. The position offers a flexible schedule of approximately 3-4 days per week, with a workday from 9am to 4pm, and an option to start as early as 8:30am. On-call responsibilities are shared equally, with schedule flexibility for evening and weekend coverage, including 24-hour call shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outpatient clinic visits and hospital deliveries
• Manage obstetric and gynecological conditions
• Provide on-call coverage with varied shifts
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Required Skills:

• Active California medical license and CA DEA registration
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility within five years of residency
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Proven experience delivering obstetric and gynecological care in clinic and hospital settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience with hospital privileging processes
• Advanced obstetric skills, including fetal monitoring and high-risk pregnancy management
• Bilingual abilities or multilingual communication skills
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in OB-GYN
• Experience with hospital-based obstetrics, including deliveries and emergency procedures

Other Requirements:

• Must have case logs to be credentialed for hospital coverage
• Ability to work scheduled hours and on-call shifts as required
• Willingness to adhere to all hospital and clinic policies
• Background checks and credentialing process completion expected within 90 days, aiming for a start date of August 3, 2026
