We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physician to provide exceptional primary care to diverse patient populations. Required Skills:

  • Active DEA license required before start date
  • Ability to document work experience and education with specific month/day details and account for employment gaps
  • Excellent clinical skills with experience in managing chronic pain and chart closure within 72 hours
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage patients effectively
  • Ability to see a minimum of 18 patients per day (PPD), Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
  • Experience with pediatric and adult patients preferred

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Board certification or Board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Experience with chronic pain management protocols
  • Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation standards
  • Bilingual capabilities or additional language skills

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
  • Less than 5 years since residency completion (BE candidates considered if truly BE)
  • At least 2 years of outpatient clinical experience preferred

Other Requirements:
  • Immunizations: Flu vaccine, TB test/X-ray within 90 days, complete series or positive titers for MMR, Hep B, Varicella Zoster, and Tdap (last 10 years)
  • Credentialing process estimated at 45-60 days; prompt submission of application and supporting documents is essential
  • Willingness to work in a team environment with adherence to a 30-day notice for assignment termination
  • COVID-19 vaccination as per current health guidelines
