Mary Rutan Hospital is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Locum OB/GYN Physician to provide essential women’s health services in Bellefontaine, Ohio. In this critical role, you'll be the go-to provider during specified dates, delivering high-quality care for a diverse patient population. With a manageable call rotation schedule and a well-equipped facility, you'll have all the resources needed to excel. Required Skills:

• Board Certified or truly board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong clinical skills in obstetrics and gynecology
• Excellent decision-making and communication abilities
• Ability to interpret FHR via NST/CST/FSE and perform OB ultrasounds (Level I & II)
• Experience managing routine and complicated deliveries, including C-sections and low-risk pregnancies
• Capable of handling high-risk pregnancies ocassionally and managing high-risk deliveries referral as needed

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in a hospital or clinic setting
• Comfort with electronic medical records, specifically Meditech Expanse EMR
• Ability to supervise or collaborate with nursing staff

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Proven experience in obstetric and gynecologic procedures
• Prior locum or hospital-based experience is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Must reside within 30-minute radius during on-call periods
• Flexibility to cover scheduled shifts from May 14-15, 2026, and additional dates as needed
• Willingness to travel and stay in provided accommodations
• Valid licensure and certifications in Ohio
