Description:
- Serve as a core faculty providing clinical, teaching, and administrative leadership for the residency program.
- Full time position with flexibility for various FTE arrangements, including clinical commitment (resident precepting and patient pane management) and administrative responsibilities. Open to discussing alternative FTE amounts based on candidate interest and program needs.
- The ideal candidate is board-certified in Family Medicine with a passion for resident education, mentorship, and leadership development.

Requirements:
- BC/BE Family Medicine Physician
- DO strongly preferred (MD considered with commitment to osteopathic culture)
- Medical education leadership and strategy experience
- Strong relationship-building, mentoring, and communication skills
- Collaborative, visible, systems-oriented leadership style
