Locum - Physician - OB/GYN Bellefontaine, OH

Required Skills:

• Board Certified or genuinely board eligible OB/GYN physician
• Valid medical license in Ohio or eligible for licensure
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience performing OB ultrasounds, fetal heart rate interpretation, and obstetric procedures
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
• Ability to be on-call, with a requirement to remain within 30 minutes of the hospital during shifts

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in a hospital or clinic setting
• Knowledge of Meditech Expanse EMR system
• Experience managing both routine and high-risk pregnancies
• Comfortable with obstetric emergencies and surgical procedures

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Active Ohio medical license or eligibility for licensure in Ohio
• At least 2 years of OB/GYN practice experience, preferably in a hospital environment

Other Requirements:

• Must be available for scheduled on-call coverage on June 25-26, 2026, and adaptable for future sporadic assignments
• Reimbursement for travel expenses including flight, hotel, rental car, or mileage (at IRS rates) will be provided
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
