Required Skills:

• Valid DEA license (must be active before start date)
• Strong clinical skills in family medicine, including pediatrics and adult care (consideration given to Family Medicine-only candidates)
• Ability to manage a diverse patient population with compassion and professionalism
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently within a team and adhere to scheduling guidelines

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with chronic pain management and chart closure within 72 hours
• Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Prior experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Less than 5 years since residency completion (be considered if truly board eligible)
• Active license and DEA authorization with no outstanding restrictions
• At least 2 years of primary care experience preferred, but new graduates will also be considered

Other Requirements:

• Immunizations: Flu (2025-2026), TB testing/X-ray (within the past 90 days), MMR, Hep B, Varicella Zoster, Tdap (within the last 10 years)
• Credentialing process duration: 30-60 days (timely submission of supporting documents is essential)
• Travel reimbursement and licensure/certification expenses may be covered when applicable
• Willingness to work a minimum of 18 patient encounters per day, with potential for 10-hour shifts (Monday-Friday) in a schedule that balances pediatrics and adult care
