Physician - Family Medicine

TPMG is currently seeking excellent BC/BE Family Medicine – Minor Injury Clinic Full Time Opportunity to join our Clinic in South San Francisco | Northern California

Full-time annual salary range is $320,100 to $330,000

Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available.

*Additional incentive opportunities are available based on geographic location, experience and include potential premium pay: $49,170*.

Board-Certified Physician in Emergency Medicine and/or Family Medicine. Physicians must be board certified to treat pediatric patients. This role provides immediate medical care for a wide range of non-life-threatening conditions across pediatric (above 2 months of age) and adult populations, while recognizing when higher-level or emergency department care is needed.

The Urgent Care Physician will work collaboratively with advanced practice providers (APPs), supervise their care, and support their clinical development.

Preferred Experience

• Prior Urgent Care or Emergency Room experience.
• Comfort with a fast-paced environment, team-based care delivery, and acute patient needs.
