Outpatient practice at Guthrie Ithaca City Harbor Clinic
Assessing, diagnosing, and managing patients throughout the continuum of care. This includes conducting comprehensive assessments of patients with various endocrine disorders, including diabetes and thyroid conditions.
Educating patients on diabetes self-management, lifestyle modifications, and the importance of adhering to prescribed treatment plans.
Diabetes teaching unit with a pump program supported by Certified Diabetes Educators, Registered Nurses, and Registered Dietitians.
Robust EHR (Epic 10-Star health system, top 1% of Epic organizations)
Well-established practice with strong internal and external referral base

Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
Ability to obtain/maintain Pennsylvania and New York state license

Starting salary: $110,000 - $115,000

Meeting time – 7 days with options for home study
