Physician - Emergency Medicine

We’re seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team at Mercy Health – Springfield Regional Medical Center in Springfield, Ohio.

Practice Highlights:

• Up to $50,000 sign-on bonus available
• J1 & H1B visa sponsorship available
• ED Volume: 40,000
• 30-bed Emergency Department
• EMR: Epic with Dragon
• Primary Stroke Center with OSU telestroke partnership
• Combined admission and transfer rate of approximately 30%
• Broad specialty support including cardiothoracic surgery, critical care, interventional radiology, pulmonology, cardiology, and interventional neurology
• Emergency Department ultrasound program
• Dedicated ED case management and clinical pharmacist
• Active EMS program with pre-hospital stroke and STEMI activation protocols
• Radiology interpretation available 24/7

What your practice will look like:

You’ll practice in a collaborative Emergency Department designed to support efficient patient flow and high-quality care. The department features two acute care zones and a rapid assessment area, allowing physicians to work within a streamlined environment supported by strong specialty resources, dedicated ancillary staff, and established EMS partnerships.
