Were seeking a Hospitalist Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Mercy Health - Springfield Regional Medical Center in Springfield, Ohio.

  • Daily Encounters: 178
  • Hospitalist team of 24 Physicians and 4 APPs
  • PRN night-shift opportunity with a 9 p.m. - 7 a.m. schedule and 70 hours per month
  • Flexible scheduling with an emphasis on work-life balance
  • Broad specialty support including cardiothoracic surgery, critical care, interventional radiology, pulmonology, electrophysiology, interventional cardiology, and interventional neurology

Youll join a collaborative hospital medicine team focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive community hospital setting. APPs work closely with Physicians and specialists while benefiting from strong operational support, optional procedures, and access to advanced clinical resources. The program emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and opportunities for professional growth.
