Were seeking a Hospitalist Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Mercy Health - Springfield Regional Medical Center in Springfield, Ohio.

Practice Highlights:

• Daily Encounters: 178
• Hospitalist team of 24 Physicians and 4 APPs
• PRN night-shift opportunity with a 9 p.m. - 7 a.m. schedule and 70 hours per month
• Flexible scheduling with an emphasis on work-life balance
• Broad specialty support including cardiothoracic surgery, critical care, interventional radiology, pulmonology, electrophysiology, interventional cardiology, and interventional neurology

Youll join a collaborative hospital medicine team focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive community hospital setting. APPs work closely with Physicians and specialists while benefiting from strong operational support, optional procedures, and access to advanced clinical resources.
