What You’ll Do
  • Provide Gynecology Oncology clinical care for adult patients (age >18)
  • Support a service line that includes clinic/office coverage and after-hours call only
  • Handle after-hours call with APPs taking first call
  • Participate in a team-based model with support staff including MAs and APPs
  • Cover M–F clinic hours (approximately 8:00–4:30 with a 30-minute lunch, or 7/8–4/5 depending on schedule needs)
  • Provide 24-hour call on weekends as scheduled
  • Serve in an academic/training environment where residents may be assigned on rotation

What You Need
Required
  • Board Certification: BC or BE in Gyn Onc
  • License: PA license or IMLC LOQ
  • DEA: Required (credentialing timeframe noted as applicable)
  • Active licensure status: 2-hour “Gratis” active PA license or IMLC LOQ in hand is required

Preferred
  • Experience working in an academic hospital or team-based oncology setting (not required, but consistent with the assignment setting)

About the Assignment
This assignment is with a leading healthcare facility in York, Pennsylvania, providing Gynecology Oncology coverage across defined 7-day blocks. Coverage includes clinic/office hours Monday–Friday, after-hours call only (APPs take first call), and 24-hour weekend call, with support from MAs and APPs in a teaching/academic environment. Patient volume is approximately 15–20 patients/day in the office setting, as needed.
