The Cleveland Clinic Department of Infectious Disease is a robust, highly collaborative clinical group delivering comprehensive care across Northeast Ohio. Due to continued growth in our Southern Market, we are seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Infectious Disease physicians to join our expanding team.

This dynamic department provides a broad spectrum of infectious disease expertise, including care forendocardtitis, cardiac device-related infections, complex bone and joint infections, neurologic infections, HIV, granulomatous diseases, and transplant and immunocompromised patients. Physicians benefit from strong enterprise-wide collaboration, clinical support, and access to advanced diagnostic and subspecialty resources.

Position Highlights

  • Community-based practice with strong referral support from Cleveland Clinic Main Campus
  • Opportunity for inpatient and outpatient infectious disease practice
  • Teaching and academic involvement available through Cleveland Clinic Akron General Internal Medicine Residency Program, NEOMED, OUHCOM, LECOM and Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine
  • Opportunity for quality improvement/patient safety projects, clinical and basic science research involvement
  • No requirement for external grant funding
