- Hospital-employed position with outpatient-only setting
- 75% clinical and 25% administrative responsibilities
- Leadership role managing and evaluating primary care providers
- Involvement in hiring, performance improvement, and budget management
- Value-based care and managed care experience highly valued
- Onsite services include digital X-ray, ultrasound, Echo, EKG, Doppler, and spirometry
- Board-certified Geriatric Medicine physician required; DEA required
