We are seeking an incoming physician to inherit a loyal patient panel and seamlessly transition into practice partnership within 2-3 years. This is a highly stable practice environment where you will have a direct say in how you practice medicine, alongside the unique opportunity to focus on building deep, quality patient relationships.

• Clinical Scope: Step into a full-scope general endocrinology practice where you will focus primarily on diabetes management and thyroid disorders, alongside other general endocrine services.
• Operational Excellence & Support: Practice efficiently with an experienced, long-tenured team including a dedicated lab manager (10+ years of service), medical technicians who manage CGM and insulin pump downloads, and administrative support personnel. Providers utilize generous appointment blocksincluding 1-hour new patient consults and 20-to-30-minute follow-upsto ensure high-quality, patient-centric care.
