Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- M.D. or D.O. (Schools of Medicine Accredited by the Liaison Committee on Medical Education or Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation of the American Osteopathic Association). Foreign medical graduates must be verified by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG).
- Must possess a current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in a state territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or in the District of Columbia.
- Completed Residency Training.
- Board Certified or Eligible
- Recent or upcoming new grads welcomed

- Education Debt Reduction Program: This position is eligible for EDRP, a student loan payment reimbursement program. You must meet specific individual eligibility requirements in accordance with VHA policy and submit your EDRP application within four months of your start date. Approval, award amount (up to $200,000) and eligibility period (one to five years) are determined by the VHA Education Loan Repayment Services program office after complete review of the EDRP application.
- Competitive Starting Annual Salaries: $ 250,000 - $315,000 range per year; Additionally, employees may be eligible to receive up to $15,000 in performance-based pay annually. Furthermore, employees can qualify for Proficiency Awards, which are available in addition to Pay for Performance incentives. Regular salary reviews will occur every two years, and all employees will receive cost-of-living adjustments annually.
