NorthBay Health is seeking a Board-Certified Pediatrician to join our highly respected, community-focused health system in Northern California. As part of NorthBay Health's Center for Primary Care, you will provide exceptional pediatric care alongside a collaborative team of family medicine, internal medicine, specialty physicians, and advanced practice providers.

Opportunity Highlights
- Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Outpatient-only practice
- Shared and balanced call schedule across physicians and practice locations
- Average patient volume of approximately 20 patients per day

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric patients across a broad range of conditions
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory studies
- Monitor patient progress, treatment effectiveness, and medication adherence
- Prescribe medications, therapies, and vaccinations as appropriate
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle practices
- Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists when necessary
- Participate in hospital committees and physician leadership activities as assigned
- Partner with and provide clinical oversight for APPs to ensure exceptional patient care
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Board Certified in Pediatrics
- Active California medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Experience practicing in a pediatric primary care setting preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic skills, and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care
