• Flexible block schedule averaging 15 shifts per month; no straight 7/7 required
• Round-and-go model; most shifts completed in 6 - 8 hours
• Days only, 7 am - 7 pm; no nights, no procedures, no codes, no RRTs
• Employed by a private hospitalist group, not the hospital
• 20-patient census with bonus incentives for each patient seen above 20
• No ICU requirements; full ancillary and specialist support with consults available
• NP coverage for nights; holidays shared among the hospitalist team
• Board-certified Internal Medicine or Family Practice physicians encouraged to apply
