- On-site Laboratory and Ancillary Services
- Procedures:
- Annual wellness visits
- Chronic disease management
- Acute sick visits
- Preventive care
- Medication management
- EMR:
- Computerized Patient Record System (CPRS) transitioning to Oracle Health (Cerner)
- Board Certification:
- Board Certified or Eligible
- Travel:
- Looking for commutable candidates ideally but will be open to travel considerations
- Credentialing timeline:
- Approx 6-10 weeks
- Requirements:
- Any Active state license
- Active DEA in OH or willing to transfer
- BLS, ACLS
- Must have clean background
