- Experience: Experienced pulmonary and critical care skills preferred
- Guaranteed Salary: $500,000 annually
- Uncapped Productivity Bonus: $84 per wRVU
- Signing Bonus: $100,000 (split across Year 1 and Year 2)
- Paid Time Off: 5 weeks annually
- CME Allowance: $5,000 per year
- Relocation Assistance: $10,000

- Provide outpatient pulmonary services to adult patients, approximately 20-40 patients per day based on follow-up and new visits
- Perform specialized procedures including EBUS, robotic bronchoscopy, thoracentesis, chest tube placement, central line placement, and ventilator management
- Collaborate with hospitalist team and multidisciplinary staff for comprehensive patient care
- Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient management
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Engage in continuous professional development through CME activities
Required:
- BC/BE in Pulmonology and Critical Care
- Valid Ohio medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- Proven experience in pulmonary procedures and outpatient management
Preferred:
- Experience with advanced bronchoscopic techniques
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
