- Hours/week: 35 hours/week

- Licenses/Certs: Active medical license, DEA, Board Certification in Anesthesiology
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in anesthesiology, experience supervising CRNAs preferred
Pay & Benefits: - Hourly Rate: $390.00/hour

What You’ll Do: - Provide anesthesia care for 50–60 surgical cases daily across a hospital-based operating room setting
- Supervise CRNAs in a care team model, balancing solo practice and supervision
- Contribute to perioperative patient management for neonatal to adult patients
- Collaborate with a collegial team of RNs, surgical techs, APPs, surgeons, and proceduralists
- Ensure patient safety and anesthesia readiness in a Level 1 Trauma Center environment
- Support a busy surgical program with diverse cases and a multidisciplinary team
What You Need: - Medical license in Ohio and DEA registration
- Certification in Anesthesiology (approved specialty board)
- At least 2 years of anesthesiology experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to supervise CRNAs in a fast-paced environment
