What You’ll Do:
- Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care to approximately 15 patients daily
- Support low-volume clinic with solo provider model
- Collaborate with APPs, nurses, and multidisciplinary team
- Manage new and follow-up patient visits, with a 20/80 ratio
- Participate in tumor board meetings and treatment planning
- Supervise infusion services in accordance with standard oncology practices
- Document care and collaborate on orders alongside APP support
What You Need:
- Medical license in Kentucky (or eligible for licensure)
- Board Certification in Hematology or Medical Oncology
- Recent patient-facing clinical experience
- Strong diagnostic and communication skills
- Ability to work independently within a supportive team

The clinic utilizes Meditech EMR and provides full support staff, including APPs and oncology-trained RNs.
