Seeking a compassionate NP/PA to join Guthrie's established Endocrinology Clinic
Highlights of the Position
- Outpatient practice with hospital consults
- Assessing, diagnosing, and managing patients throughout the continuum of care. This includes conducting comprehensive assessments of patients with various endocrine disorders, including diabetes and thyroid conditions.
- Educating patients on diabetes self-management, lifestyle modifications, and the importance of adhering to prescribed treatment plans.
- Diabetes teaching unit with a pump program supported by Certified Diabetes Educators, Registered Nurses and Registered Dietitians in an ADA recognized diabetes center
- Robust EHR (Epic 10-Star health system, top 1% of Epic organizations)
- Well-established practice with strong internal and external referral base
Candidate Requirements

- Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Ability to obtain/maintain Pennsylvania and New York state license
