Northeast Medical Group (NEMG), a member of Yale New Haven Health, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join our established and growing endocrinology practice in Trumbull, Connecticut.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient endocrine care for patients with a broad spectrum of endocrine and metabolic disorders
- Diagnose and manage conditions including diabetes mellitus, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, adrenal disorders, pituitary disorders, obesity, and other endocrine conditions
- Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialists to coordinate patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and population health programs
- Educate patients and families regarding disease management and preventive care
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with organizational standards
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency
- Fellowship training in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
- Eligible for Connecticut medical licensure
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
