Northeast Medical Group (NEMG), a member of Yale New Haven Health, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join our established and growing endocrinology practice in Trumbull, Connecticut.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient endocrine care for patients with a broad spectrum of endocrine and metabolic disorders
  • Diagnose and manage conditions including diabetes mellitus, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, adrenal disorders, pituitary disorders, obesity, and other endocrine conditions
  • Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialists to coordinate patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and population health programs
  • Educate patients and families regarding disease management and preventive care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with organizational standards

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency
  • Fellowship training in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
  • Eligible for Connecticut medical licensure
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
