Nurse Practitioner - Neurology

Blanchard Valley Health System is seeking a full-time APP to join our Neurology team in Findlay, Ohio, expanding access to neurology care while helping build a dedicated memory care program.

Requirements

• Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Minimum 2 years of neurology or memory care experience preferred
• Candidates without general neurology experience may be considered, with an expectation to develop proficiency in general neurology

Position Highlights

• Full-time
• Focus on memory care and cognitive disorders
• Average 12 patients per day, allowing for longer appointment times 
• Help improve early detection, diagnostic accuracy, caregiver preparedness, and safe aging in place
• Coordinate care and connect patients and caregivers with community resources
• Shared office phone call, 1:3 rotation
• Hospitalist group manages inpatient admissions

Compensation & Benefits (40 Hours/Week)

• $120,000-$145,000 base salary, based on experience
• $3,500 annual CME/Board Certification allowance
• 200 hours vacation/CME time
