Pay & Benefits - Hourly Pay Rate: $498.86/hr

What You’ll Do - Provide specialized care to adult patients in a community-based oncology and hematology setting
- Support the new practice’s full-time operation, including patient assessments and treatment planning
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including support staff and hospital personnel
- Manage outpatient consultations and participate in hospital inpatient visits as needed
- Use EPIC EMR to document and manage patient information and treatment plans
- Provide coverage during scheduled work hours, including optional weeknight and weekend call (1:2 ratio)
- Support patient needs across a range of hematology and oncology cases, primarily focusing on general practice
What You Need - BC or BE in Oncology required
- PA medical license or IMLC LOQ required to present
- DEA license required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hematology/oncology preferred
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Ability to support a fast-paced clinical environment
About the AssignmentThis position supports a newly established hematology and oncology practice, opening in September 2026, inside a community hospital with 131 beds. The facility aims to deliver comprehensive care, including inpatient consults and outpatient treatments, with an emphasis on community-based services. The team includes dedicated nursing, support personnel, and hospital staff, all committed to delivering quality patient care.
